6. Quality Control Mechanisms
Teravent enforces its procedures through robust quality control mechanisms aligned with ISO
9001:2015. These mechanisms ensure that products, services, and processes conform to Teravent’s
requirements and support continuous improvement.
Documented information is maintained to demonstrate compliance with established requirements,
while procedures for document control ensure proper identification, format, and secure
management of records. Operational planning and control are embedded in Teravent’s processes,
ensuring that risks and opportunities are addressed systematically.
Design and development procedures are maintained for key products and services, such as the
Teravent Registry, Standards, and Protocols, ensuring alignment with normative requirements,
regulatory obligations, and organizational objectives. Products and services are released in a
controlled and staged manner, with complete documentation retained for accountability and
traceability.
Teravent also ensures that any outsourced processes or services are appropriately controlled.
External providers are subject to technical review, including assessments of cybersecurity and
operational risks, to confirm compatibility with Teravent’s quality requirements. Customer
communications, inquiries, and contract management are conducted following clearly defined
procedures to maintain consistency, accuracy, and accountability.
